Dokan is a clothing and home textile studio working with craftsmen from Bangladesh and India. Our mission is to keep artisan crafts alive. Every piece we make helps preserve this knowledge for future generations.

All orders are processed & shipped at it’s earliest depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take approximately 1-3 business days for handling and processing. The delivery time frame is approximately 7- 10 business days, depending on your location you might receive your order much earlier.

Please allow extra time during busy season as postal delays are out of our control; additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Every order is ensured as it comes with tracking information (carrier included). Under unexpected circumstances if your package is lost you are eligible for a refund or replacement. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to make the return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
